911 Integration

The Ce-Tek All Weather AED Enclosure integrates with the current Cardiac Arrest Chain of Survival Model:

  1. AED location and access code is provided to 911 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) and added to Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.
  2. When cardiac arrest is reported, PSAP provides caller with location of nearest AED and access code to retrieve equipment while responders are being dispatched.
  3. Bystander initiated CPR and AED use are provided prior to EMS arrival.

Ce-Tek 4000 All Weather AED Enclosures provide a robust solution for public access to defibrillation while ensuring AED units are kept secure from theft and tamper.  Enclosures easily integrate with the existing 911 system by logging the exact location and access code for the AED into the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) program.  When a cardiac arrest is reported, the 911 operator relays the AED location and access code to the caller so that they are able to retrieve emergency equipment as first responders are dispatched.

The Ce-Tek 4000 All Weather AED Enclosure is engineered to keep AED units safe from environmental extremes including temperature, wind, water, dust, and salt.  Constructed from a nearly indestructible polycarbonate, the enclosure includes concealed hinges to prevent unauthorized access to equipment without the 911 system being activated.
