Shipping policy

Free shipping is included on all orders over $200.

We try our best to ship items the same business day it is ordered when the order is placed before 3:00 PM EST.  Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST are usually shipped the following business day.  If there is a delay in shipping, we will attempt to notify you.

Orders containing batteries are shipped via Ground service and are ineligible for faster shipping speeds.
